Spirit to Spirit Practice

This is a demo of the Spirit to Spirit practice, specifically address how to use the Spirit-to-Spirit practice when trying to release a negative attachment from a conflict or situation with someone close to you. 

Once you've practiced it guided, you can use this ANY area of your life. From manifesting to lunch with girlfriends - the more that you practice, the more natural it will become to do on a daily basis. 


This is one of my favorite guided meditations to help me channel my inner guide. Plan for about 15 minutes. Simply close your eyes and enjoy.
